If you are an officer of a club (MSJHS-only) that is in need of a flyer, t-shirt design, etc. you may request our services and we will help you design it for free.

Policy
1. Each club may only request our club services once per month.
2. Each request will be completed at no cost, but donations are always welcome... :)
3. The club requesting must be officially from MSJHS. For any other non-MSJHS organizations, it may be possible for requests, but for a certain fee.
4. The general target deadline will be 7 days from receiving and acknowledging the request, but may vary depending on workload . Requester may ask for an update on progress.
5. First come, first serve rule. First request will be completed first. Waitlist is provided below for estimates.
6. A $30 fee will be exacted if completed design is not used.

You will receive flyer designs in .jpg and/or .doc format.
Flyers are regular letter size (8.5" x 11").
Digital Designs is not responsible for any reproductions of flyers. |

Signs
Banners |
You will receive a design in .jpg and/or .pdf (Adobe Acrobat) format.
Sizes range from 9x11 to 20x30; requester must specify size.
Digital Designs is not responsible for the production of posters.
Tip: Print posters at a local Kinko's. One is located nearby Fremont's Hub. |

You will receive a T-shirt design in .jpg format.
Digital Designs is not responsible for purchasing the printed T-shirts.
Tip: Print custom t-shirt screenprinting and designs using CafePress or the local screenprinter on Mission Blvd, Sunshine Graphics. |
| | | Websites |
You will receive a website design in .html and/or .txt format.
Digital Designs is not responsible for hosting or managing the site, just coding layouts (like the one you see on this site).
Due to the immense time and effort required to create websites, it may take longer than all other types of designs to complete. |

Send Your Request
Service Status: Moderately busy; OPEN as of August 24, 2006
1. Request. Complete the following form, providing as much specifications as possible for better results.
2. Acknowledgement. Once we receive your request, we will respond in under 24 hours acknowledging that the request has been made. Expect the deadline to be 7 days or more, depending on workload and request type.
3. Completion. When the request is fully completed, we will e-mail you with your requested design as an image attachment, along with several other available choices.
NOTE: Submitting your request means that you have read and agreed to our policy.
